One thing underneath.
A holding company is a spreadsheet. A software house is a shared foundation that each product is allowed to leave when it needs to.

- Identity, billing, job running and observability are built once and used by every product. A new heading starts with all of it already working.
- Quire and 2 more are being built on it now.

- The same review, the same test bar, the same deploy path. A developer moving between products moves between problems, not between conventions.
- The stack is boring on purpose.

- We keep running what we build. Products stay on the books, get maintained, and are held to the same uptime as the platform underneath them.
