If you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company and message you typed, along with the site pages you read in that visit and the site that sent you, if any. We use them to reply to you and for nothing else. They reach us by email and in our internal team chat, and are kept in our mailbox. We send you one confirmation email; we do not add you to any list.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read and measure how fast they load. That data is aggregated and does not identify you to us. Analytics only runs on the live site, never in development builds.

The site sets no cookies of its own, and Cloudflare Web Analytics sets none. Google Analytics may set its own; you can block either with a browser setting or extension and the site works the same.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone. We do not run advertising. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for one, and there is no list to be added to.

Norwind Solutions LLC is based in Florida, USA. The site is hosted on Vercel, contact-form email is delivered through Resend, and new messages are posted to our team chat on Pumble. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Write to hello@norwind.tech and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. A person replies within two working days.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not change what we collect without saying so here.
